Have a Salamence with:
Dragon Dance
Outrage
Earthquake
Fire Blast
EV's, maybe max attack, so 252 attack EV's with adamant or naughty nature and 252 Speed and the rest in special attack. Or take some attack and speed ev's off and put them into special attack as well. Hold item can be Focus Sash if you're on full HP and your opponent sends out a pokemon that knows Ice Beam. Life orb, yache berry, lum berry are also good options.
I have used this Salamence successfully for many battles and Salamence always defeated at least 2 Pokemon and possibly a third before I needed to switch or it was knocked out. A single Dragon Dance combined with a Life Orb can tear apart a team.
Dragon Dance + Outrage will severely damage or KO practically anything. Earthquake and Fire Blast will hit everything else. Earthquake for the Steel types that cannot fly or levitate and Fire Blast takes care of those steel fliers or levitaters.
