That helped me a bit too. Ironically enough, Scizor was one of the few I didn't have. I'd offer you a Mewtwo, but who knows how long that could take. That cloning was pretty cool though.

I was surprised by how easily and quickly I obtained my own starters off the GTS, of the ones you showed me. Considering how notoriously bad most offers are on the GTS, the starter trades were pretty reasonable, at least in the sense that they weren't usually asking for legends. I ended up unloading a Jolteon, Mamoswine, and I forget what else, but since nothing I had was gotten with battling in mind, I didn't care.

Totodile was the only hard one. Almost everyone wanted ubers, until I played with the settings a bit and found one for a Turtwig, which meant I had to breed it, but that was only a few minutes of work, plus another couple minutes for exp share to bump its level past 11 to make it fulfill the requirement. The GTS wasn't cooperating and I had to reconnect over a dozen times. First time it's ever been THAT bad.

If you ever come across new starters, I'd really like the dex entries.
