So I plan on doing an Eevee giveaway. It's going to be Male and Timid and have a 31 speed IV and Adaptability. I plan on SRing it to have a high special attack IV as well. The Eevee will be level 35, holding a Rare Candy for Baton Pass at level 36. The move set is Wish, Yawn, Curse and Fake Tears.

Another Eevee is "available." This second one is Bold, Male, and has Adaptability. I plan on SRing this one to have a high IV in defense and a decent powered HP Electric. This one has Shadow Ball over Fake Tears.

Neither is ready yet, but I will be sure to post when either is ready. Just tell me which you want, although you can have more than one. I guess that's it.

actually, since currently I can't get a ditto, could I get a female eevee?

Personally, I'd rather have the Eevee I'm offering for the reasons that I've highlighted. Here's a hint, if something is italicized, it might mean I'm trying to stress that word specifically. Although if you really want a female, I can arrange that too.

Also, I think it's going to take a while to get an Eevee with satisfactory IVs, so you probably should look for somewhere else for one. And you probably can get a Ditto by then.

I have a ton of female Eevee if you're not looking for anything other than gender.

Wait wait wait...how are you SRing? Is this breeding or the Bebe eevee?

The IVs for an egg are set when you take the egg from the old man. Ability, gender, and shininess are set when the egg is created, which is why I'm able to tell you everything about the Eevee already despite the fact that I still have to SR for IVs. What sucks is that it takes ~7 minutes per hatch.
