The event Dragonites are level 50, and therefore legal, so they can't ban it.

Why they chose Dragonite over Tyranitar though, the world will never know.

Well, I bet we see Garchomp run rampent in this tourny. I would use him.

Bulky T-tar or Hippowdon and Garchomp, GG!

Or I would use a Follow Me Togekiss or Clefiary to let Garchomp set up lol.

It is 2v2 right? As in Doubles Match?

Yep, doubles. But no Tyranitar, so you'd have to use Hippowdon. Not that it's a bad choice.

Ah, I overlooked T-tar on the ban list.

Doubles can be pretty gay though. Cherub will be perfect on any team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joking aside (even though the Cherub thing is kinda true, but Groudon is banned), Strong EQers and a teammate that resists might be the format of most teams. That in mind, you'll see a lot of flyers and levitaters, levitaters being the dominant choice. Hmm, this will be interesting to see who will win.

The last Pokemon tournament was won by a fat 13 year old kid who somehow was able to use a freaking Groudon -_-

IIRC his team was Garchomp, Hippowdon, Groudon, and some steel type...I think. Don't ask me how he got Groudon in.
