In a battle simulator, far far away known as Netbattle Supremacy.. I have faced Ruesap countless times (Ok, 3 times at the time of this battle, having lost once and winning twice.) Ruesap challenges me, thirsting for revenge. I gladly accept, as it reminds me of our old netbattle days, where me and Ruesap used to have friendly matches.

Such hostility and it's not even mid-late game. Anywho, Jirachi VS Gyarados is a favorable match up for me, as it's probably a DD variation, meaning I can Twave it; crippling it. I'm predicting a switch in to Gliscor or Swampert at this point, because Jirachi is setup fodder for Pert really.

Ruesap decides to start off strong and switches in Heatran to try and scare off/kill my Jirachi, however Twave hits it's mark crippling Heatran. Having fought Ruesap before, I knew it was Choice Scarf Heatran, so he'll probably go for the OHKO on Jirachi with Fire Blast. Well we can't have that, especially since Jirachi has yet to set up Stealth Rock. So predicting a Fire Blast, I decide to switch out to my own Heatran. I ignored the fact that it may possibly Earth Power because predicting early game will just get you killed. IMO anywho.

I switch in my Heatran expecting the worst, only to receive a nice bonus thanks to Twave. So Ruesap being Ruesap, must be predicting an Earth Power from my Heatran, so my guess is that he'll probably switch out to something like Gliscor and nail my Heatran. So I'll have Heatran set up a Substitute to scout the switch-in and then I'll decide what to do from there.

Well, Ruesap switches in Vaporeon, but having set up my own Substitute, I'm not too worried. I'll cripple Vaporeon with WoW and in turn that force it to start Wishing earlier then he needs to. However, Ruesap states I've made a wrong move but we'll see. We'll see.

I manage to cripple Vaporeon with WoW, and I'm slowly fixing the game to my pace. His Heatran is still paralyzed while his Vaporeon is burned. Next, I'm thinking it's time to weaken Vaporeon a bit so I switch to Celebi.

I switch in Celebi, hoping to scare off Vaporeon. Even if Grass Knot does very little damage, it'll add up alongside the Burn damage. And Ruesap knows this, so hopefully he'll switch so I can snare something else with Twave.

As I predicted, Vaporeon takes the chance to heal. This means that it's running Surf/Wish/Yawn/Ice Beam or HP Elec. Hopefully it's Ice Beam, that way I'll be able to switch in my Jirachi with little damage.

Vaporeon recovers off the damage and manages to deal quite a blow to my Jirachi. Well, that's not good. But I have to set up Stealth Rock, whatever the cost. Vaporeon will probably hit Jirachi once again with Surf which will once again probably do a fair amount or... switch.

Well, Heatran switches in safely once more, however I could've used that Flash Fire Boost. But if it was Earth Power, I would've been fucked. Of course; mindgames are fun as they tend to mindfuck someone.

I'll make you eat your own words Ruesap. Ruesap switches out Gyarados and in comes Swampert, the perfect Tyranitar counter. But it comes in only to eat a critical hit Stone Edge. This puts Swampert down to about 28%. And if memory serves Critical Hits double the power of an attack, so if a Crit SE did about 40%+ that means a non-crit one will kill of Swampert. Yeahh!! Let's do this.

So Ruesap being Ruesap, must be predicting an Earth Power from my Heatran, so my guess is that he'll probably switch out to something like Gliscor and nail my Heatran. I'll make you eat your own words Ruesap. Ruesap switches out Gyarados and in comes Swampert, the perfect Tyranitar counter. But it comes in only to eat a critical hit Stone Edge. This puts Swampert down to about 28%. And if memory serves Critical Hits double the power of an attack, so if a Crit SE did about 40%+ that means a non-crit one will kill of Swampert. Yeahh!! Let's do this.
