And as the winner, you get to choose six moves that become learnable by ONE Pokemon of your choice, in every single game that's produced from then on. Because that game might be in the distant future, they will also allow you to select four of those moves to be immediately available on an event version of the Pokemon you chose.
The moves do not have to make sense, but you may only choose one Pokemon that will learn all six. If you choose a NFE then the adults will not be able to learn those moves without the pre-evo knowing them before evolving.
For the sake of removing speculation, these moves would all be special move-tutor based. An NPC will ask if you have a ______ and then offer to teach it any number of those six moves. The service would be provided every time you talked to them.

fineifold, you and I not only think alike, but Flareon was the reason I made this topic. I had imagined the amusement of a contest where the winner got to pick four moves for a Poke to learn permanently and among them GameFreak was forced to give it Flare Blitz, Stone Edge and Extremespeed (didn't settle on a fourth.) I bumped it to six for this topic cause, well.. why not.
I'm going along the same lines as Slowflake, making sense.
Typhlosion:
Earth Power
Energy Ball
Blaze Kick
Hi Jump Kick
Bulk Up
Extremespeed
With a lot of the moves that they've given Typhlosion, it makes it seem like they make the flaming rat out to be able to use martial arts with double kick and reversal and counter and such. That and he's a special attacking rodent who can dig but can't use something like Earth Power. Energy Ball should be available to a lot more fire pokes imo, because... its an energy based attack, similar to solarbeam.
