Holy fuck, Black Garden Counter Fairy? That's one hell of a variant. I've been running this deck that's based off a Japanese one. >_>
The Japanese name is called Synchro Undead. Take Tele-DAD and then add in the long ass turns + Special Summonings that Zombies have.
Also, I demand to know more about this Black Garden Counter Fairy. I've made up my own Plant Variant Deck. Seeing how it's either Giga-Plant swarm, or Black Garden control.
Edit: Here's my current Plant Deck that I've been tinkering with. Times like these, I wish we had those Hide/Show tags.
3x Tytannial, Princess of Camellias
3x Destiny Hero - Plasma
3x Destiny Hero - Malicious
3x Lonefire Blossom
2x Mystic Tomato
1x Night's End Sorcerer
2x Krebons
1x Plaguespreader Zombie
1x Sangan
3x Destiny Draw
3x Trade-In
1x Scapegoat
2x Fires of Doomsday
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
2x Cold Wave
1x Brain Control
1x Heavy Storm
1x Monster Reborn
1x Torrential Tribute
3x Solemn Judgment
1x Rainbow Life
1x Raigeki Break
1x Black Rose Dragon
2x Stardust Dragon
1x Red Dragon Archfiend
1x Thought Ruler Archfiend
2x Goyo Guardian
1x Colossal Fighter
1x Revived King Ha Des
1x Doomkaiser Dragon
1x Magical Android
As you can see, I've tried applying a Draw Engine, something Plants desperately need imo. But the only ones I could think of was Destiny Draw and Trade-In. Overall, this deck could use a bit of help.
Ah, Zombie Synchro, eh? I've been running that build in real life for a month now. The only pieces missing are the Goblin Zombies and the obviously impossibly rare Dark Armed Dragons.
Black Garden Counter Fairies basically uses the Garden to cut any huge ATK monsters in half, using the Tokens as bait for the Plant's own Solemn Judgment, and using Tytannial's effect with Garden's token to provide advantage in the early game.
As for the deck, it's true that Plants are in desperate need of a draw spell, however, they make it up by using Mark of the Rose to steal good opposing monsters. You're probably better off using a more Plant based deck without the D-Heroes for the reason that they will be a dead draw without any reliable discard fodder (ergo D-Draw/Trade-In, both of which are fairly dead draws themselves if you don't draw into the Tytannials/Plasmas/Malicious).
2x Tytannial
2x Gigaplant
3x Lonefire Blossom
1x Plaguespreader Zombie

3x Black Garden
1x Heavy Storm
1x Monster Reborn
1x Giant Trunade

3x Solemn Judgment
2x Phoenix Wing Wind Blast
1x Torrential Tribute
2x Pollinosis
3x Goyo Guardian
3x Stardust Dragon
2x Colossal Fighter
2x Thought Ruler Archfiend
1x Iron Chain Dragon

I'd try a build with that in mind. I didn't fill it all the way up, since I can't obviously figure out your playstyle. The basic idea behind the deck is just set Black Garden before you go Lonefire > Tytannial > flip Black Garden > Set Pollinosis/Solemn Judgment/PWWB as back-up. It'll be difficult to get past that set-up. With Miracle Fertilizer providing the free Lonefires, you should be okay as you'll lock up your opponent's field too with all your summonings. Marks will give you a way out to anything short of Thought Ruler Archfiends as well as being a handy Synchro Summoning supporter with Nettles and PSZ. Oh yeah, aside from using Miracle Fertilizer to summon Lonefires, you can use it to bring back Nettles who can provide more Synchro Summons with the Gigaplants and the Level 4s that you have as well as being a good chump blocker using your Tokens that you get from the Garden to keep Nettles in play. Add more Level 4s.
