Yeah, I'd say telling it to yourself is even more difficult than telling it to others. Sexual orientation is something I really don't care about, and those who do judge you on that are the ones that are a waste of valuable oxygen.
It's pretty much always more awkward for the person coming out than it is for someone being told. "Good for you," I'll remember that. I'd usually say something like "that's none of my business" or "that's all right with me" but they don't offer much consolation.
Like everyone else has already said, it doesn't really matter. Uhhh, I don't know whether to say Congrats or not, BUT DONT WORRY! I doubt people here would care.
