Well, well... a new pokemon that apparently has to violate species clause for its ability to be any use. Unless it gets branching evolutions that keep Plus and Minus...
Dragon/Fire and Dragon/Electric. I'll be a little disappointed if the only times we see these type combos are with ubers. They're overpowered to the point of not being fun to use anywhere other than ubers, which I'm not all that interested in.
Those ability names sound interesting, though. Care to take a few shots in the dark with me as to what they do? I'll guess that Terra Voltage nulls ground immunity to electricity, and that TurboBlaze raises Reshiram's speed for that turn or otherwise prioritizes it when using a fire move. Regardless, HIGH FUCKING FIVE for not making them both Pressure, GF. As long as they want to make the versions uber-centric, keep the abilities diversified. They had the right idea with Drought and Drizzle, though I don't mean I advocate making abilities contrast one another; just make them creative.
Speaking of Reshiram, do you think we should get used to saying that name, or do you expect it to change a little bit? Zekrom sounds like a keeper.
I also have the feeling that the ubers' trademark moves will use their secondary type this time, and not be more dragon stuff.
