It just keeps getting better. The NSMB news, I mean. Someone scanned the entirety of that NP article on it, and the screenshots with the Koopaling battles including some rematches (Lemmy's in particular) look so fucking awesome.

That's just the tip of the iceburg, his Dialga video and a good portion of his other videos were deleted for no apparent reason.

You remember the classic saying- "A gameplay video is worth a thousand words." They don't need to actually SAY anything; just letting us catch several seconds/minutes of footage that shows off revived retro goodness or even some new gimmicks is enough to drive up the hype.
Barring totally new stuff, simply seeing clips/levels we haven't seen before is pretty interesting and can give us something to talk about.

We had Ursaring at 217, Shuckle at 213, Scizor at 212, and now Heracross at 214. From this pattern I can guess that the next one is going to be either Granbull, Qwilfish or Magcargo. My money's on Magcargo, and it being featured in a best/worst typing article.
