Since his commentary is 95% of the reason to watch his pokemon LPs, I pretty much do other stuff while listening to him, glancing at the screen when he specifically mentions something in regard to what he's actually doing (I'm sure he's noticed all of my comments on his vids have basically been in regard to something he said, and not did.) Occasionally I eat one of my apparently beneficial 5 meals out of the day while watching the LPs.
The Sonic LPs on the other hand.. not looking at the screen means you don't know why he's yelling and swearing! Same with Mario Bros, though he hasn't lost his temper yet.
Right you are. I'm pleased to see that the battle looks a lot tougher than fighting him on the airship in SMB3. At least with multiple players, getting shoved toward/into the pits by those balls looks pretty easy.
And it turns out those YouTube bastards deleted Marriland's Daycare Woes video for ToU violations! Yep, all sexual innuendo is going to be met with the banhammer, it seems.
I checked, and apparently, it's over some sort of copyright issue. Thank heavens, because I could've been hit surprisingly hard otherwise. I found it rather weird that innuendo would be so tasteless, even for greedy corporate buttmunches.
It just keeps getting better. The NSMB news, I mean. Someone scanned the entirety of that NP article on it, and the screenshots with the Koopaling battles including some rematches (Lemmy's in particular) look so fucking awesome.
Other screenshots make the game look like it could actually be hard! At some points! Woo!

Part 99 finally arrived:

That's just the tip of the iceburg, his Dialga video and a good portion of his other videos were deleted for no apparent reason.
Yeah, two hours is way too long for just processing.
More Mario Bros news, dammit! C'mon, people! I've only gotten one new tidbit today!
Apparently there's a reward "well worth the effort to collect all star coins in every level for expert players" which was intentionally not revealed, but it's confirmed NOT to be the "Super Skills" videos. Intriguing, is it not?
Yeah, but it's a platformer! How much can you say about a platformer before release?
Edit: NSMBW, I mean, just to avoid another misunderstanding. And that's a loooong abbreviation for a non-numbered game...
Edit 2: Probably should've just shut up, because there was something new on D3 today, and it makes me very, very happy. Not the fact that there's something new, but what it actually is.
You remember the classic saying- "A gameplay video is worth a thousand words." They don't need to actually SAY anything; just letting us catch several seconds/minutes of footage that shows off revived retro goodness or even some new gimmicks is enough to drive up the hype.
Barring totally new stuff, simply seeing clips/levels we haven't seen before is pretty interesting and can give us something to talk about.

Edit 2: I don't know why I noticed this, but the Pokémon covered on the Smog's covers all come from the same area in the Pokédex. We had Ursaring at 217, Shuckle at 213, Scizor at 212, and now Heracross at 214. From this pattern I can guess that the next one is going to be either Granbull, Qwilfish or Magcargo. My money's on Magcargo, and it being featured in a best/worst typing article.
