legendarypokemon.net has a preliminary list of level-up moves in this story.

Things I've noticed if this is 100% true:

-No new TM/HM compatibility for new formes
-Sky Shaymin seems to be the only new forme with new level-up moves
-Nosepass + Misdreavus lines gets Power Gem
-Bidoof line gets Curse
-Vaporeon gets Muddy Water
-Jolteon gets Discharge
-Flareon gets Lava Plume
-Espeon gets Power Swap
-Umbreon gets Guard Swap
-Leafeon gets Swords Dance by level-up
-Glaceon gets Barrier
-Regigigas gets Foresight, Dizzy Punch, and Revenge
-Sky Shaymin gets Growth, Quick Attack, Air Slash, Sweet Kiss, and Leaf Storm
-Darkrai gets Ominous Wind, Faint Attack, and NASTY PLOT
-Maybe more - I haven't even gotten through a fraction of the level-up list

The webmaster Arty2 says his content is subject to change, so don't hold your breath.

Sort-of end-of-page syndrome, so I'll repost on the next page with even more level-up changes.

Crappy bugs Caterpie, Weedle, Burmy, and Combee get Bug Bite
Shuckle also gets Bug Bite
Scizor gets Bullet Punch!
Scyther line gets Feint
3rd-gen Regis get Stomp
More new Feint users: Meowth line, Farfetch'd, Kabutops, Skarmory, Sharpedo, Kecleon, Absol, Stunky line, Yanmega (only by breeding previously)
Tyrogue gets Foresight
Scyther gets Vacuum Wave
Onix line gets Curse

I'll keep editing this as I find more stuff.
Swords Dancing, Bullet Punching Scizor? Do fucking want.

Edit: Victreebel and Bellosom (sp?) gets Leaf Blade. Meaning Victrebel can be used in UU once more. WITH SD.

Entei gets Eruption. (<___<)

Oh and Scizor will probably join OU, thanks to Bullet Punch.

HELL YES. I knew we'd be getting moveset updates, and while of course Flareon gets kicked in the balls yet again, they're still hooking up other guys. Bullet Punching Scizor is a nice gift. Piss off Quick Attack. Finally Scizor has a good reason to use Technician.

Noticing other random changes (not necessarily for the better though):

Politoed gets Hyper Voice.
Slowking gets Power Gem.
Pineco and Forretress gets Bug Bite. Eh, it's not a good phsyical bug move, but whatever, he's more of a utility anyway.
Raikou and Suicune get Rain Dance and Blizzard leveling up respectively, just so Entei wasn't the only one getting a new LUp move.
Skorupi and Drapion get Bug Bite. It seems the vast majority of bugs get it now.

Isn't Scizor already OU? Anyways, Bullet Punching Scizor will be one of the most overused Pokemon now. :/

Hmm, now I'm going to play the ROM. :D

Meh, Victreebel still isn't that hot. Outside of Leaf Blade, what does it have? Return, and nothing else. The loss of Sludge Bomb and still no Poison Jab to replace it is a virtual nightmare for the poor guy.

In other notes: Gardenia evolved her Cherubi, Hearthome Gym is doable the first time around (and as a result, Fantina's Gengar de-evolved, and Duskull replaces Drifblim*), Maylene and Wake leveled their Pokés, and Byron swapped his Bronzor for a Magneton.

Damn lunatics. Vacuum Wave on a line with completely worthless SA (Scyther/Scizor)? Lava Plume and not Flare Blitz on Flareon? On the other hand, Curse Steelix is excellent, and underlines the fact that it needs to get out of UU ASAP. It doesn't look like much, but Power Gem is a nice improvement for Probopass, as Hidden Power can be put to use on another type than Rock if you need it. But the highlight, for me, has to be CURSE BIBAREL. Swords Dance and Iron Defense rolled into one? HELL ****ING YES.

*The hell? You'd think Drifblim would've been the first one she kept, with that cross characteristic of the Drifblim line being on her dress and all. I suppose if there are gym rematches it'll come back, but...

Edit: I just checked over Serebii's discovery thread, a few things stand out:

- Rotom's new forms keep their Electric/Ghost typing (unless Serebii extracted the data wrong), so expect the regular one to be treated like a NFE from now on, meaning you won't see it in UU anymore.
- This also means that if you can indeed change forms around at will, all forms will have access to all the special moves, Deoxys-style (barring a special restriction we don't know about), so which form you choose is simply cosmetics.
- The Secret Key is obtained by Mystery Gift, presumably over Wi-Fi since Serebii said you could get those forms that way a while back.
- Backwards button on the Pokétch! This means you don't have to press the damn button 20-ish times just to get to the function before the one you were at. This should've been in D/P to begin with, but better late than never!
- Elekid isn't available in the wild, but Electabuzz is. A change from the likes of Pichu, Cleffa and Chingling in D/P.
- Prinplup and Monferno can get into Amity Square, so they expanded the list of Pokés that can get in it. That means a lot of extra work just to design overworld sprites for those guys (in D/P only those with overworld sprites could get in, which explained the oddball pick of Drifloon). It would've been worthwhile if Amity Square didn't suck complete and utter ass.

HP Ground is preferable to HP Ice on Shaymin, seeing as Heatran will be looking to ruin your party.

Oh, and by the way, if Seed Flare gets this 80% Special Defense drop it needs, it 2hkos 148hp/0 Bold Blissey. Just so you know.

Also, Darkrai with Nasty Plot is hilarious.

Yeah, it was already one of the biggest forces in ubers... it might actually get bigger than Kyogre itself, considering sleep moves lend themselves so well to helping setting up with Nasty Plot or Swords Dance.

Oh, and that means Shaymin has a 57.8% chance of actually downing Blissey in two turns. Blame Seed Flare missing (two possibilities) and the SD drop not occuring.

Edit: I just noticed Entei getting Eruption. Not bad, but Flare Blitz would've been more welcome. It doesn't make Typhlosion obsolete, though: Typhlosion hits harder, and it has access to the essential Focus Punch and the very useful EQ.

Rotom...

Ha-haa! Victory belongs to The Crazy Monkey! I'm so gonna go through the E4 with a team of EV'd Rotoms, all nick'd Pulseman.

I hope regular Rotom isn't nixed out of UU because of this. But given his new moves he probably will.

Yeah, what they did was essentially evolve a Pokémon mid-generation. One could argue they did so for Shaymin, but both forms are different enough that the Land form, despite still being not up to snuff, isn't completely obsolete (plus it gets to benefit from Air Slash as well, even with no STAB and no Serene Grace), and more importantly they have the same BST.

And let's talk about Shaymin's stats. 127 speed tells me they designed it specifically to be a threat to Weavile. Not unlike Garchomp with that 102 speed, in fact. Why they boosted attack by 3 points, I don't know. Maybe because they want people to use Quick Attack? Sorry, but Quick Attack, Return and Bullet Seed is not enough. Especially since this isn't Mystery Dungeon. But, BUT, having ideal spreads on a legendary or 600er is a bad idea if you're going for a OU mon, because there's one of these guys that has such a spread, and it's getting banned to ubers in a short while. So 103 attack may be a blessing, since if you took 20 of those points and threw them in defenses, that puts Shaymin closer to uberdom. HP... well, they couldn't do anything to it, because alternate forms NEVER change HP. I don't know if it's because the game's programming won't allow it... that's my guess, because we now have five Pokés with alternate forms, and none of them ever change HP-wise.

Edit: Just realized something. They finally caved in and gave Scizor a punching move. If there ARE elemental punch tutors, could these be not so far behind?

Edit 2: Just wanted to throw something out there regarding the supposed fact that only Sky Shaymin gets new moves from level up, and not Origin Giratina or... I'll refer to it as Rotom-evo for the time being. Anyway, if that were true, then how the hell would it get Blizzard, Overheat and so on? It's interesting to note that Serebii didn't add the level-up lists for Rotom-evo or Origin Giratina yet, but all the others are done, including Sky Shaymin. On that same note, I was chatting with CrossDragon earlier today, and he seemed sure there was going to be an Outrage move tutor because of that supposed lack of level-up moves, and that it was supposed to be able to learn Outrage. I don't know the first thing about programming of any kind, but I'd keep my mind open and eyes peeled when it comes to Rotom-evo and Origin Giratina.

Edit 3: Serebii added the mini-sprites from the PC boxes for Rotom-evo, Origin Giratina and Sky Shaymin in the listings per type. Not a very interesting piece of news, except that Origin Giratina looks pretty bloated. Of course, with the zillion appendages this thing has, it's hard to make it look better with so little room to work with. Also, it looks practically certain that all Rotom forms share the same typing as the vanilla one. Anyway, that guy's still up? Isn't it, like, 2 AM in the UK?

I didn't notice that Steelix gets Curse now; that owns hard, and it'll help make up for the fact that it otherwise didn't have the raw power to make Gyro Ball deadly.

Scizor doesn't have Focus Punch on its TM List now, so I wouldn't get too keen on it having an elemental punch. It'd be nice, though.

Looking over the roster changes, I think the ice leader is going to dump her Snover for something in the Snorunt family.

Also, since no one's taken the plunge and made the deduction themselves, the base 103 attack is because they didn't want Shaymin to have 130 speed. They didn't want the defenses to be uneven and for whatever reason thought the HP was fine as is. That leaves attack.

Legendary Pokemon said their lists may not yet be 100% accurate, which is why we don't have Mud Slap and Outrage and stuff on Giratina, as well as the new moves on the Rotoms. If they were tutor moves, they'd be weird ones. Hydro Pump? Outrage? Leaf Storm? Seems a strange collection.

That Giratina image looks like a slug ate way too much food and is grunting in pain as it shoves a brick or waste through its colon.

My buddy will be pleased, he called Cynthia on using a Togekiss. That fight will be annoying as hell with an ingame team at appropriate levels. Gastrodon was a free kill. I don't like how they nerfed the levels though.

Finally Flint can look himself in the mirror and call himself a Fire trainer.

Sky Shaymin not usable on Wi-Fi? Well, that explains how it's going to be compatible with D/P... by not being at all. Expect Origin Giratina to be the same way, and possibly even the new Rotoms. Which raises the question... will they even be allowed on Shoddy? Much stupider is Shaymin reverting back to Land form whenever you put it in the PC, though.

And why'd they lower the E4's levels, anyway? I mean, they raised the levels of nearly every gym leader...

They lowered the levels of the E4 for the same reasons that raised the levels of the gym leaders, to close the gap.

Apparently they don't want you to spend days in victory road leveling up
