It's interesting.
Ima summarize everything I cared about in the video which is new.
First, we have brief footage of the Torn World. You'll seemingly move from piece of land to another by stepping on a small dot.
Then we see the new characters, Team Galactic's new base, stuff we already knew about.
A new marketplace of some sort, probably in the Battle Frontier we were promised.
A new stadium or something, with a giant screen in the background, and that guy who stands next to the statues at the gym refereeing the battle. At least he's finally doing something.
Some new kind of game, looks like memory. You know, a bunch of face down cards, you try and find matches. Probably going to be in the game corner.
Brief battle scene, then the interesting part.
Remember Emerald had those battle tent things, and a big one (Battle Factory, I think) at the Frontier? We're apparently getting one of those. Someone's selecting the 3 Pokemon to use.
Other stuff we can't really gather anything from, most likely the Battle Frontier.
Then we get a shot of the new GTS, which we've already seen, but it's still nice.
Another battle scene and then some kind of twisted carnival. After that, there's some weird minigames or something. Maybe that's what this carnival is for: Minigames.
Footage of the new poffin machine. Apparently you use the stylus to fling them into Swalot's mouth.
A shot of a new, snowier city, though I can't for the life of me tell which.
Someone riding on a Piplup boat of some sort. o_O

More of the torn world, Infernape vs. Giratina. (lol @ using nape against him, xD)
Footage of cycling road, which also received a revamp.
Dawn in Amity Park with Piplup. Apparently they have relaxed their standards on what constitutes "cute".
The little scene that they show before E4 members (don't remember if they did it for Gym Leaders) for Gardenia in a new Gym.

Nape and Empoleon vs. Torterra and Garchomp. (lolowned)

It's not as much that they relaxed the standards on what's cute rather than the fact that the only Pokémon you could take there were the ones with overworld sprites (which explains the very random pick of Drifloon).
I can't tell which city is so full of snow. Maybe it's a brand new one? Speaking of snow, according to new screenshots on Serebii, there's quite a bit of it in Twinleaf and Lake Verity.

After studying the footage of the snowy city, I still can't tell which it is. However, if you look in the top right corner of the screen, you'll see the little box that shows how well you are connected during WiFi.
Maybe we'll be able to go around Sinnoh with our friends in Wifi? Maybe just the northeast Island.

I changed the video to one with better quality and no background noise, also im excited for the fact that now our pokemon have animations now and not just the other team. However not all people are gonna look foward to that and complain that it takes forever.

It was confirmed that those new Pokés were event-only alternate forms of existing Pokés, which pretty much locks down Rotom as the bottom-right one. It's an event that'll be held in stores as well as Wi-Fi, though whether it'll work with Diamond and Pearl is unknown.
