Look at the bottom right one... could it be a... ROTOM EVOLUTION? It's probably not gonna be that, but imagine if a defining staple of the UU metagame was lost to the evolution phenomenon two gens in a row.

As for the top right and bottom left one, I don't know why, but those look like... sorta... baby Registeel and Regice. I've already said multiple times we need no more babies, but if they're starting to make ****ing baby legendaries, then there's a big, big problem somewhere.

Wow, the bottom left definately looks like a baby Registeel. But I can't really make out a pre-evo Regice on the top right :/

All of the bottom ones have triangle bumps on their heads, though, which leads me to believe that they might all be evos of the same pokemon. Rotom? Maybe... I was thinking Chimeco....

Well, the rightmost arm of the "baby Regice" has these snowflake-like patterns, and then there's the little stubby legs that have a similar form to those of Regice.

And while the idea of a Rotom evo is compelling, I really like Chimecho too. It's more in need, and maybe we'll see some cool Psychic dual-types. Psychic/Dark? Another Psychic/Ice maybe? Psychic/Electric? We need more Electric dual-types too BTW. Zapdos, Lanturn, Magnezone and Rotom just aren't enough.

I thought you meant the reverse -- meaning the bottom left was Registeel and the top-right was Regice. But looking at it again the bottom-left does look very Regice-ish and the top-right fits Registeel. I imagined baby-regice's arms as steel claws for Registeel, lol D:

In all fairness, now we know for sure that Nintendo knows there's a big competitive community out there. Else they wouldn't have bothered to evolve so many Pokés in D/P, and I don't guarantee Pokémon #462-478 would've even existed, since they're not featured in the Sinnoh Dex.

Earlier a friend of mine had told me he thought the top right one looked like a form of Castform, and that perhaps it would be a Rock form. I hadn't seen them yet myself but after looking I'd have to disagree.. it just doesn't look too Castformy.

I think the bottom three are definitely related in some way, so if you're going to speculate on one of them you have to speculate on them all, and the middle and right ones look absolutely nothing like Regis. Throw that theory out, I say. Until studying them as a group I would have said the bottom right could be a Rotom evolution, modeled to look like a possessed TV (who knows, it could have haunted an appliance for so long it became one with it) but again, I have to doubt it when I look at the others.

My friend did say they all looked somewhat mechanical, and that I'll agree on. The shapes are much too awkward to be your standard creature.

Or maybe they're just the new legendary trio? Who knows.

Anyway, for the comment that D/P introduced quite a bit of crap... obviously there are worse Pokémon, like Kricketune and Pachirisu, but they're much less numerous, and they're not so weak that they have the same car crash feel as Farfetch'd, Unown or Luvdisc. Score one more point for awareness of the community.

If someone showed you pictures of Unown or Regice and told you they were Pokemon I'm sure you'd have a similar reaction. Especially if he told you those were their names.

On top of that the explanation Serebii gave along with the photo leads me to believe it is true.

i agree some what with omnious wind, don't get ur hopes up it only leads to crushing agony and despair by realising ur hopes were wrong, only time will tell so let's not assume things that might be wrong, but well since we're on it let's just do it, it doesn't hurt after all.

I mean, there have been many hoaxes over the years of Pokémon, and new Pokemon being revealed 2 years past the release of the previous gen (DP) and even BEFORE Platinum got out seems too fake to me.

I'm tempted to say they're Rotom alternate forms. Why? Well, in the Pokédex says that Rotom in know for infiltrating electronic/mechanical devices and wreak havoc on them. They seem kinda electronic/mechanical to me. One of them (bottom right) looks like a fridge actually. O_O It's possibly Ice/Electric. Dual STAB on possible BoltBeam. *runs*

And alternate forms of the Regis? Get the hell out of here before I kill you.

Meh, I'm not too keen on alternate forms... it's been done to death. It used to be what made Deoxys really special... but then they went and did the same thing with Wormadam, and now Giratina and Shaymin.

actually deoxys wasn't that special, in generation 3 there were castform and unknown that had alternate forms so he wasn't that special, sry omnious doom for mispelling ur name, but i have to agree with omnious dooom here

In Castform's case, I'm talking about permanent changes there. You could include Kecleon's Color Change and the Porygons' Conversion moves if you want to play that game. And I don't consider the Unowns (and Spindas, either) different "forms", either. Same stats, same movepool, same everything, it's just the look that changes. Deoxys' forms are a lot more meaningful than those guys.
