Is anyone going?

I won't be able to because I'm not finished with the game and getting my Pokemon ready would take a while because of procrastination.

You guys should go take a look at the rules for the tournament.

They're so frickin' funny that it's not funny.

I'll give you an example.

*If both player's Pokemon faint at the same time, both players are eliminated.

Does this scenario come into mind?

Player 1: Okay, I have one Pokemon left.  All I need to do is-
Player 2: LMAO ASPLOUD!
Player 1: @%@#%@#%#!@#

Only because there isn't such a thing as a level 50 Dragonite without adjustment. Or GSC Lance ARing one, for that matter.

There's just one thing that irks me. Off the top of my head, that same Dragonite was level 60 in RBY. How the heck did he do that? If anything, it should be 10 levels HIGHER. Can you imagine? You face level 40-47 Pokés in the E4, and then you get to Lance... and his team's 20 levels higher than Karen's. Oopsie.

But I digress. That rule is BS, and that's why Tyranitar is banned as well. Equally BS is the double elimination rule. Usually it's the guy who self-KOs that loses, be it via detonation, Life Orb, anything. Being able to take down your opponent with you that way is horrid. Oh, and let's not mention they STILL use Item Clause. Hello? This isn't 2002 anymore. Item Clause is about as relevant as the Ultimate Warrior these days.

Yeah, I really don't understand Item Clause...except for a team of FEAR Pokemon.
Pokémon may only use moves (including those learned in an earlier video game) which have been learned through one of the following methods:

    [*]By leveling up [][*]By TM or HM [][*]As an Egg Move, through breeding [][*]From a Move Tutor [][*]Already learned by a Pokémon, which was downloaded at an official Pokémon event or promotion [][*]Already learned by a Pokémon, which was downloaded from another Pokémon game (such as the Pikachu, which knows Surf, from Pokémon Battle Revolution) [][*]By Smeargle’s “Sketch” move (limited to the above moves learned by Pokémon between 001 and 491) []
So essentially, every way you can learn a move besides hacking?

A more sufficient way of eliminating hackers would be to just put a giant sign that says;

"USE HACKS, AND WE KICK YOUR ASS OUT OF THE TOURNAMENT"

It would certainly save whomever types up the webpage some time.
