We at The Umbrella Group (Libelldra's parent company) have created a wiki for projects of Umbrella. This, of course, means that Libelldra also has a special page:

Post any ideas for the web site that you may have there; they can be new or improvements on things that are already on the web site. This is the best way to have your ideas heard within the community. Any idea posted to the wiki will be heard (unless you start deleting other people's ideas).
