I checked Serebii and it says an American Deoxys event will occur. It also says it'll have a Special move and a rare hold item. What do you think they are? My bet's on Aeroblast as for the move.

I just realised something, Deoxys is the dna pokemon right? so what if the "rare" item is the berserk gene from G/S/C if it is I will gather my berserk gene deoxys, v-tackle shinx and cry.

How could it be the Berserk Gene? It's not even in the game code! In fact it's been taken off the game in gen 3 for one very good reason: Own Tempo. Can you imagine Lickilicky holding a Berserk Gene? Exactly.

licky licky is still slow enough so it won't work probably, and besides, the thing I'm thinking about is tangled feet pokemon and maybe quick feet (since i don't know the effect very well) Imagine an ursurang with a speed and attack boost as soon as it comes out, it would make it OU). but nintendo has made pokemon more broken, look at tyranitar. lol though at atk sweeping spinda in UU.

Quick Feet (and Guts, for that matter) only kicks in when a permanent status is inflicted, not confusion. And Tangled Feet is just not as good as Own Tempo, either. 50% chance of the opponent not hitting you, but you have the same chance of not hitting him AND hurting yourself in the process. No confusion is just better. Especially with something like Berserk Gene, where the damage you take when confused makes a lot of Pokés look like freaking Sharpedo.

But that's beside the point. The point is, you have as good a chance finding Absir'd or Gazellezag as you do the Berserk Gene in this game.
