I was facing a person on shoddy who claimed togekisse's effect was to automatically paralyze everyone on the  opponents team, even when Togekiss wasn't on the field. I would normally laugh at this except for the fact that his non scarf infernape was faster than my max speed ninjask on the first turn (the move the infernape used was overheat). I am no expert on pokemon effects but aren't togekisses' effects hustle (more attack, less accuracy) and serene grace (added effect boost)? Please fill me in if theres something I don't get and if he somehow cheated(seams impossible on shoddy) is there a way to report him? I feel so confused >_<

yup you're right about togekiss, I dunno where he got this auto-paralyse business from...

As for the Nape, it has to be scarfed or else it would've never outsped Jask. Either that or you put EVs in SpAtk or SpDef becaus ethey start with 'S' (hey, it's happened to me <_<)

Were you playing on the official server? Sounds like it could be a custom server thing.
Did you see the 'Ape use different attacks w/o switching? Cuz the guy may just have been lying to you about the lack of Scarf, I might have in his situation...

His (obviously) non scarf blissy was faster than my max speed weavile, I just checked ev's and they were all correct. My shoddy computer is messed up so the only server I get automatically is the official server. Is it possible to report him? Sry about italics, I can't stop them. THE BLISSY DID NOT USE T-WAVE I CHECKED LITERALLY 10 TIMES.

That's something I never thought of, though I doubt it since the only pokemon he used before I left were infernape, togekiss, and blissy.
