You can do one of three things:
1. Burn the game catrage to get rid of them once and for all.
2. Sacrifice them to evil to gain unholy power/release them (almost the same thing).
3. Or let random people do whatever they want with them/trade them (same thing again).

I just released about a box full of Pokemon, now I only have 3 3/4 boxes left of Pokemon that I don't want but some people could use.
I should make a trade thread and call it "Have My Babies". Too bad our trading board is dead. I wonder if anyone would even be interested.

If the Pokemon in question have decent IVs/nature with the necessary egg moves but just happen to fall short of your standards, I'm sure there will be plenty of people willing to take them off your hands. Might even get something useful in return.
And all it takes is somebody to step up and use the trading boards. People will follow if it's active at all. =/
