Think you could do Shifty + Electivire? For any 'Vire parts could you use his shiny sprite instead? I'm a much bigger fan of his gold/blue sprite than the red/yellow one.
Hmm. Any way you could do one using Shiftry as the base with shiny 'vires colorscheme and possibly include 'vires little antennae-looking things? I should've been more specific at first, sorry to waste your time x.x
