~~~OUT OF ORDER~~~
I guess I'm really just done with Pokemon in general, now. Battling, spriting, everything. I doubt even Opal can rekindle my interest, unless it gives Blaziken Close Combat. Then I'll give it one more go, and probably stop again.
You last saw me in the spriting scene in November. I retired due to work constraints. This is no more. I have not stopped my project, but I will find ways to juggle it.
The three albums that contain my spriteworks are "Splices", "Revamps", and "Misc". The others are unrelated.
Now, the problem before, as I have analyzed, was the workload I shoved upon myself. So, I intend to fix this by limiting the amount of requests at once. It will start at three, and will probably grow to larger numbers as I feel more and more comfortable with spriting.
Types of spriting that I can do:
-Splicing (as many Pokemon as you wish)
-Revamping (taking a Pokemon from a previous generation's sprite and making it have a DP look, or RSE if you request)
-Recoloring
For splicing, you may request which Pokemon you want the base to be and which set of colors you want to see used. If you do not specify a base or color set, I will do as I wish. For revamping, make sure you tell me which generation it will be revamped from. And for recoloring, it'd help to be specific as to which part of the Pokemon shall be recolored.
Types of spriting that I can do but don't expect it to be good:
-Devamping (taking a Pokemon and making it look like an older generation)
-Scratchwork
As with revamps, it'd help to specify which generation to which generation for devamps. If you request scratchwork, make sure you are very specific, otherwise it will be likely to not turn it out as you want it to.
Now, if there's a special request that isn't listed above, don't be afraid to request it. I'll see if it's within my skill range.
1.)
2.)
3.)
If you request a sprite but all the slots are filled, your request will be ignored. Though, you can just re-request it after a slot has been freed. Also, if you have already requested something that hasn't been finished, you may not request another until the current one is finished.
I can only guarantee that one sprite will be done per two days. Now, that's not to say that I will only do one sprite a day. If I'm feeling good, I might just do multiple in a day.
Also, if you are a spriter and you wish to apply, you're in luck! However, before I can accept you, you'll have to show me that you can sprite decently, and tell me how many requests you can take at once.
One last sidenote before I close off this introductory post: don't expect my works to be so good at first. The last time I seriously sprited was back in November...pretty much about three months ago.
