Forums · So who's gonna watch the new Batman movie?
The Joker is the greates supervillain ever, and while I still argue with myself as to whether Jim Carrey would have made a better choice to play the the Clown Prince Of Crime over Jack Nicholson or Heath Ledger, I think it'll be a terrific film either way.

Seen the movie. Pure awesomeness. Heath Ledger was a great Joker, it's truly unfortunate that he had to go. It won't be the same if he's not playing the Joker unless someone can emulate his style. Terrific performance.
It was hilarious the way Batman would talk and I do know the reason why. I mean he's ****ing Bruce Wayne. Who wouldn't notice him and Batman have the same voice.
I'm not sure why they killed off a certain character at the end. I was a little confused because I'm sure he is a very important character in the series.

Just saw it.
First thing, Batman is property of DC comics not Marvel. I thought the movie was brilliant. The Joker was awesome. The "hero" role that was labeled on Batman on the end was perfect, unlike stupid Superman.
I want to talk about so much more, except I don't want to ruin anything for the people who haven't seen it yet.

Also the girl I was with jumped in her chair when that *spoilers* painted Batman appeared hanging in the window. It's excused to say I also jumped out of my chair too. So suddenly... x.x
Also, *moar spoilers* when the Joker burned down the tower of money, everyone was like "WTF".
The scene *spoilerific* when Joker got caught the first time (both the truck vs police van and the BatBike scene) were epic. "OMG, IS THAT A BAZOOKA?" *is hit* Then the truck is turned upside down.

My girl couldn't figure out who the hell was Batman. LMAO.
Everytime Harvey or Bruce came, she's like "Which is Batman again?"
and one of her friends (a guy) was trying to be funny and was like "ROFL HE'S SPIDERMAN ROFL"

Batman, I guess, is really the best DC comic superhero ever (maybe even Marvel too). And in the movie, I mean, if anyone can talk with a voice like that for entire night and not get emphysema or at least a sore throat, surely that counts as a superpower.
