I think they're pretty good. Serebii made sure to hit Choice Scarf and even included Fire Blast which Smogon neglected. I actually feel Serebii was inspired by a lot of Libelldra's movesets. Is it a coincidence that Serebii reviewed Flygon the same time Libelldra went Beta? I THINK NOT.

Fire Blast isn't a huge discovery, though. In fact I think it's even more obvious for Flygon than it is for Garchomp, since Flygon's Fire Punch is weaker than Garchomp's Fire Fang (a difference amplified by the presence of Swords Dance in Garchomp's movepool), while their Fire Blasts are equal.
