My latest battle says otherwise. First, Tyranitar's Crunch drops my Slowbro's defense not one, not two, but THREE fucking times(I had to switch repeatedly, having other pokemon get hurt). Then, I confuse his Skarmory later on(and it isn't affected by it for 3 turns) and then put it to sleep and have Alakazam hit it with Focus Blast. It survives, wakes up and gets cleared of confusion at the same damn time, and Drill Pecks Alakazam. He barely survives, and Alakazam has missed two Focus Blasts so far, so he NEEDS to hit this time or he dies. Does he hit? Of course not. After Zam dies, I confuse Skarmory again and it never hits itself, and my last pokemon can't take it because my counters have gotten luck haxed, so I just quit. Does my game hate me or something? |
Was this on Shoddy or Wifi?

Games are supposed to be fun, but when this kind of stuff happens, all of the enjoyment goes down the drain.

I was going to say, if this was on Shoddy it's understandable. But on Wifi, I can't really comment on that seeing as I don't have Wifi.

It'd take awhile to explain, but these videos demonstrate some of the bs of that game's RNG--admittedly, they are probably extreme cases, but you get the idea.
