Me and Neon Blast are having a problem fitting his avatar to the appropriate size.

Its KB size is 27 which I assume is the reason why he can't use it.






That's it.

It's also 116 x 118 if that means anything.

Can someone make it usuable?

Note* I really have no expierience in this seeing as I just test out avatars to see if they work or not, if they don't I just move on to a similar pic.
