I'd have to say that, since I've been grounded this whole week and had nothing to do but watch Jim Carrey movies from my extensive collection, i've just realised how he is one of the funniest, most energetic characters i've ever seen in my life.
He's quick witted, flexible, great at acting and 'one hell of a modern American' (cookies for who can get that reference)
From The Mask, Dumb And Dumber, Bruce Almighty, to Comedy sketches on SNL, at the comedy store, there is nothing this man cannot do. The fact that he's also pulled out of the three worse sequels of all time (The Mask 2, Dumb and Dumberer and to a much lesser extent Evan Almighty), but reinforces his genius.

At first glance, I thought you meant porn star. Anyway, my favorite would have to be Will Smith. The movies he's in are simply awesome. Hell, he's the Fresh Prince of Bel Air. However, I have a different movie star that I admire outside of the USA.
