Edit: Also I thought the people that already played a tourney yesterday was not allowed to play today?

For today, people that placed in the top 4 (SNX7, gameboy3333, MoI, and myself) cannot compete, but those who only gained a single point for participation are allowed to compete today. This rule may have to be adjusted in the future, but it will stand for now. Because this is the very first week and we don't know how participation will turn out, we're testing a couple ideas to see what works out to be the most fair.
