Can you please rephrase so I can understand. If you mean that we need a Question / Answer Board, I agree with you, but Fantasty says that PMing a mod is easy enough.
He's talking about the Libelldra Forge server on Shoddy.
And to answer your topic, TC, the Board Suggestions is pretty much what it is for. To answer questions/suggestions. But as demi pointed out, Fantasty mentions that you should PM a moderator or himself if you have questions.
