It's alright to say the least. It could do better without the horn. Also instead of fusing the tail with the leg you could've just put it behind the leg. And with the tail I see you tried to redraw the border. Never put pixels touching pixels like that. Put the pixels sort of diagnol from each other. You also tried doing this on the wings. I guess that's all I have to say.
