I honestly don't know where to start.
Okay, first of all, what the heck is up with his eyes? One of them is Farfetch'd's (O_o) and the other is Feraligatr's. Keep them consistent. The crown thing on his head looks strangely placed, like if you saw him in real life, the crown would be slanted to the right by about 45 degrees.
Next, his wings. The right wing is just wtf. The claws are exactly the same, and for each feather, there's one claw mysteriously floating. And you forgot to recolor the border of his right wing.Also, there's yellow on his stomach, and his left wing. Why not his right? His left wing is inconsistent with the right one, and yet again, there is one claw mysteriously floating. And there's a spot on the border you forgot to recolor.
His feet look exactly the same. I dunno, save for a few pixel differences, but the shading and the position is the same. They're several areas where the outlines messed up (namely, the right foot's top and the left foot's heel).
