@ Red Mage, I can tell you've just begun spriting. I'm sure you'll develop to be a good spriter, but for now UU.
I'm going to go and root through this Tier list and make one myself.

I agree that you should make it (no offence hatdude) because I also don't think some people are in the right tiers... Like I'm happy I'm in OU but I'm not really sure about that...
Also when do you think this will be done.
