I drew this today (Sep. 21, 2007) during Adv Trig/Algebra III in my second period. I've should've been listening since I was lost in what was going on for the lesson but a friend caught me up at lunch later. So well, this is actually the first actual person I drew with an actual outfit since I usually just draw people in a T-shirt and some jeans.

I know I'm going to get a few responses of "He looks like Ichigo!". If you look at the history of Anime/Manga, there is little you can do to make the characters differentiate. The only options you have to do is change the eyes, nose, and hair. Spiky hair is VERY common in Anime since it is the easiest to draw and I'm comfortable drawing that kind of hairstyle. With that, I end this and hope you enjoy the picture!

I was bored in class, once again, and since I'm oh so jealous of Iggy's girl drawing skills, I practiced a little on this one. The rest are out of sheer boredom.

Did this one earlier today in school. Don't remember when though...oh yeah...in third period in my AP Chemistry class, our teacher is gone until Wednesday and the work she gave us was too hard so we didn't do anything for the class, so I just started drawing. I previously just finished taking a soothing nap for the whole second period ( I have no idea what's going on in that class ) but oh well...Comments and the pics are greatly appreciated! I believe the head is a little big and the marks on her ankles are nothing. I was gonna draw some tattoos on them but I messed up and didn't feel like erasing.

That hood looks paper thin. Good work, nonetheless.

I'm not all that good at drawing clothing, the wrinkles get me mad! LOL...hoodies are even more strenuous for me to do.

That's like, whoa. Pretty good. Hood looks kinda weird, though :\

On a side note: Wtf, Algebra III?! Darn you smart people.

That girl has an awfully large head, although I shouldn't be talking... And the *ahem* breasts are kind of weird. But that's just my opinion. And my opinions are generally really negative.

Her head is quite large, the proportions are off. A friend told me but I was too lazy to fix it (and my eraser was gone)

These are neat! I'm amused bobblyhead mentioned saggy breasts because when I was looking at the picture they looked more natural to me. Maybe I'm just not used to perky anime breasts... which I imagine would have been a bit more appropriate here since your style is more anime-esque...

Your anatomy looks pretty good too, and I like the details in the clothes... however proportionally some things seem a bit off, like the 1st dude's legs look too short to me (might be because he is wading in water...) and his head/neck look a little large for his body...
The guy with the peace sign's arm looks a big and is at a strange angle (maybe I just can't hold mine out that way... D: ) and as was mentioned, the girl's head is a bit big, too...although for some reason there's a particular quality to her (that I can't pinpoint) that I really like. She has a lot of character.

I really dig the guy in armor though, all the details in that outfit are so fun! I like his goggles too. YAY for drawing in class!

Decent. Don't draw people in armor with such a strict composure, it looks like he's a cardboard standup. Try and give them a little bit of life. Draw the same character in a few different poses before you begin your final work so you get a feel for him or her. It also helps if you jot down a few things about the character's personality, that helps me both write about and draw my characters.

yes, i agree that the breasts are natural IRL, but in anime stuff, usually they are perky and stuff
