First one is cool. A red Kyogre would match nicely, though.
Second one....well, it looks likes its legs couldn't support it.
Third one is wicked cool. I like the recoloring.

The last one is ure best yet. U just need to finish coloring up the border lines.
I agree with most of the other comments. The first one is just a recolour... Boring!! The second one has really odd looking legs. The third is probably the best of the three.
I've found, from all the splices I've seen, the best ones take one Pokemon, and then add specific features from a second Pokemon, rather than merely trying to fuse them together,
