Technically, the "proper" way to draw a female that is in the case of anime/manga, is to accentuate the curves. Curves are the most important parts on a female.

I like the new drawing, the anatomy looks good indeed, the crotch - hah - as mentioned looks good, I'm pretty impressed by how you drew the legs/thighs in that region because it's a dang annoying angle to draw and foreshorten...
I don't know if you're looking for critique, and I'm sorry if you're not but I think that you should work on making her chin a little softer to compliment the soft curves of the body as well as defining the knees... even though they're bent you should still be able to see a bit of variation, even in the contours of the legs. I hope that helps, since you are practicing anatomy.
