Okay, as you might know, this team is based all around Sandstorm. I tried to take advantage of it as much as possible, but still being sturdy as well. And now for...

THE TEAM

user posted imageuser posted imageuser posted imageuser posted imageuser posted imageuser posted image

Metagross @ Choice Scarf
Jolly - 252 Attack, 176 Speed, 80 HP
Clear Body
~ Meteor Mash
~ Ice Punch
~ Earthquake
~ Explosion

Omfgitseric's Scarf Metagross anti-lead. tongue.gif If I really can't do anything to the opponent's lead, then I will switch to Tyranitar to set up the sandstorm immediately. I don't find Ice Punch to be that useful as a lead... but maybe it's just the odds. I'll usually switch in on something that will hurt my team bad (Starmie) and explode to get rid of them.

Tyranitar @ Life Orb / Leftovers
Naughty - 170 Atk, 158 SpAtk, 180 Speed
Sandstream
~ Dragon Dance
~ Stone Edge
~ Fire Blast
~ Ice Beam

Dragon Dance on switch and Stone Edge anything he wants too. Oh, and this is my secret weapon. It has enough EVs to OHKO Skarm, the bulkiest Garchomp, Gliscor, Donphan, you name it. Well... don't actually. This guy gets walled by Swampert so that's what Mr. Gengar is there for.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Levitate
Hasty - 136 Atk, 120 SpAtk, 252 Spd
~ Explosion
~ Shadow Ball
~ Thunderbolt
~ Energy ball

He is immune to Tyranitar's two worst fears, Clefable's weakness, and just helps out the team in general. This is the standard Explosion Gengar except I used Energy Ball over Focus Blast for Swampert. It of course has enough EVs to OHKO that fat Blissey.

Clefable @ Life Orb
Bold - 252 HP, 108 Def, 60 SpAtk, 88 Speed
Magic Guard
~ Calm Mind
~ Shadow Ball
~ Focus Blast
~ Softboiled

This is Iggy's standard Clefable and I've been using it for a long time now, it has hardly failed me, and sometimes owned some teams really badly. He resists Sandstorm thanks to his awesome ability and he takes the incoming Shadow Balls that were aimed for Gengar. Switch in on a light Physical attacker, and Calm Mind up.

Cradily @ Leftovers
Adamant - 220 HP, 236 Atk, 52 Speed
Suction Cups
~ Swords Dance
~ Recover
~ Rock Slide
~ Stock Pile

This seemed to be talked about a lot. So I should just give it a try. He obviously can't be phazed so he SDs anytime he wants to. I'm thinking of taking less attack and adding more Special Defense as I am lacking a true Sp. Wall.

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Impish - 244 HP, 192 Def, 72 Speed
Sand Veil
~ Protect
~ Toxic
~ Aerial Ace
~ Roost

This is my second secret weapon. So far, it has been doing great on my team. First I Toxic on the switch and then Protect, causing damage to the opponent from sandstorm and poison. After I protect, I just Aerial Ace or Roost depending on the situation. I then repeat. This heals him more every turn thanks to Leftovers. He also has a chance to dodge because of Sand Veil.

My questions are... are there any giant threats to this team? Is there anything important I'm missing?

For Cradily, if you use Stockpile over Earthquake, you are basically able to set up 3 Stockpiles and 3 Swords Dances unless you get Toxic status. I prefer Stockpile personally because not only does Cradily function well as a tank, with Stockpile its practically unstoppable.

No wish support so it won't last long since it will probably switch alot. You shouldn't have to OHKO since it will run after 1 fire blast skarm. Use pursuit and either leftovers or add wish support.

Gengar looks good., and clefable is ok. You should add a special wall. wish blissey is good. gliscor needs 72 speed Evs to outrunn jolly ttars, brelooms, and some other moderately slow stuff.

Special Lucario could do quite a lot of damage to your team, and I second Stockpile on Cradily.

Probably your best route is to use Cradily as your Special Tank/Wall in addition to that sick sweeping ability, Gliscor as your Physical Wall, and try to mix in something other than Gengar that can easily switch in on a fighting move like Aura Sphere from a Special Lucario and take it out. Garchomp is always a mention, but it brings in a heavy Ice Weakness that Metagross and Clefable can take hits from. Cradily can too, if set up EV/Nature wise in HP/SpDef. With Recover and Stockpile, it won't even be an issue.

I'm kind of in a rush right now, or else I'd look up a good switch for your team to better cover your bases, I'll do that tomorrow or when I get back later tonight.

If you use Stockpile, it raises both defences by 1 level, and can be used 3 times.

It can then be used with Spit up, to deal damage, or with Swallow, to heal yourself. However, you then lose the Defence increases, so people generally just use Stockpile on it's own.

... and all this time I never knew about Stockpile..... I may try it.

Yeah, ScarfGross is the weakest link... I think I might replace it.. but with what though?
Who should I replace for Blissey? Should I even add Blissey, or make Cradily more Sp Walling orientated?
What should I replace for Pursuit on T-Tar? I might use Leftovers.

Thanks everyone. I've updated the team.

CBGross > ScarfGross as a lead. CBGross is definatly the best variation this gen IMO. Agiligross can cause problems, but not as much as ADV. CB'd Bullet Punch (607 Atk, STAB) hurts quite a bit even though it's only 40 BP. Meteor Mash is obviously one of Metagross's best attacks. EQ for the same reason as MM. The last attack is up to you. Explosion, Ice/Thunder Punch or Pursuit are all good options.

Keep Cradily in, modify EVs/Nature to fit Special Walling a bit more, Swords Dance will cover your attack increase. I run a Careful - 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpDef spread that works great on shoddy. With the Sandstorm you have 414 SpDef unboosted along with 297 Def. If you switch in on a Special Attack, you'll be able to get at least a Stockpile and Recover off immediately. With those two, you'll have more than enough Defenses to shrug off even SE hits, Swords Dance, Recover lost HP, and sweep with STAB Rock Slide. Works great because most people run phazers instead of just straight hazers.

I'd run Crunch over Pursuit on T-tar, but that's just me personally. More BP than EQ and better accuracy than Stone Edge.
