I wanted to see how good I am at making sprite-splices. So I just made one and I think I turned out pretty good. But what do you think?

Some of the colors look pretty bad to me, but I think its OK.

Instant one grade down for the file type. K, some parts could use a minor touch up, like under the Mudkip's head and more importantly, the border of the Mudkip's head.

I don't think it's that bad. It's pretty funny for a splice. It's a great atempt and is hilarious.
