We would need to agree on a subject for said trivia.
I've seen a few party bots for spicing up the channel, but there's always some type of conflict (a party bot command breaking up a group conversation, kicking the bot from the channel because someone finds it annoying, etc.), so it's never really a long-lasting bot, anyway.
That, and trivia questions will only last for so long before someone knows the answers to each and every question the moment it appears, so those don't last long, either.
And if it's boring at night, go to sleep. >_>

It was the first script I created when I learned how to script on mIRC. It is only active when I'm in the chat.
Put simply, you activate a bomb, and you type a command to cut a wire. 4 of 6 will defuse the bomb, and 2 will blow up the bomb (kicking you from the channel). Incredibly basic.
I've also scripted a hot potato game, but it still has some bugs that I must fix.

Funny, I've never seen it unlively. I've only been there 5 times though.

You've been fortunate then. It reaches dead times on and off.
I have a feeling it'll be lively again soon, despite school starting. A lot of us are inclined to stay up all night even during school. It's just that over the past month, a couple of the regulars are always away, so we never have everyone online at the same time.

As the owner of the chatroom and a trivia bot as well, I'm afraid that a trivia bot would hurt the channel more than it would help. People end up becoming too addicted to the trivia bot, and trivia tends to be rather spammy on IRC. The last thing we need is more spam.
