This is getting way too off-topic. We'll put up an update of the board rules soon, which will include all words that we consider to be "bad enough" to be banned (note that this list itself may be updated from time to time as well).
There are announcements about most other things (including custom member titles). If you still have a question, you can PM one of the mods or admins and if we feel like we should turn your question into an announcement, since it might be likely for a lot of other people to not know the answer to it, we'll post it as such.
Besides, we already have a whole lot of sub-forums; any more would really start to clog the entire place up.
