EDIT: You're splice is pretty cool, but it justs looks like a color-change Weavile with a tail to me.

EDIT: And to stay on topic so its not post whoring (which I didn't intend it to be, sorry), that sprite is pretty cool, though, being the little nitpick I am, I would have liked if the tail was a tad darker to go with the body.
It looks like a dog because of the ears. And I think it would look better if the tail was recolored to fit with the rest of the blue shades. But blue really does suit Weavile. Maybe you could edit the hands a bit? Like pick something else's claws and shove them on the hands.

I was going to say Scyther Scythes for it. Its not bad, just not very difficult to do.
