We need some people who will volunteer to rate the teamson the RMT board. As it is now it takes sometimes over a week for a team to be rated. If Fantasty or Ruesap would appoint official raters, or at least find some people who will rate the teams frequently, then everything will move a lot faster. I would be willing to help, but I could only do it in the afternoon and weekends.

I'd love to help, though I'm not on every day.

I'm only available after 4:00 GMT on weekdays (School FTL), but I'd be willing to help when I can (After 4:00 GMT)

Yeah, we really need more raters. Why don't more of the really good people here rate teams? Aren't we supposed to be full of metagame-competent members?

I haven't looked there in a while, but if you post a team, make it good.

And by that I mean;

Type the set neatly, and describe what the pokemon does for you, and what you'd like input on.
Tell us your concerns about the team, or what you would like us to change.
Include EVERYTHING, if you wanna rate, don't half ass it.

If there isn't a sticky made on how to make a RMT, I'll do it shortly.

It isn't so much about bad teams being posted...just there aren't enough people to handle them effectively, or a lack of expertise in a particular metagame. For example, even if I did everything you suggested, I might still not get much of a response because it's for a non-standard metagame, like, say, doubles, and not many people know about it enough to effectively rate the team.

Not to mention, it seems the more explanation you give, the less likely you are to get a rate. Maybe people see all that typing, get intimidated/lazy, and just back out of the topic...It's really weird.

Personally when I see a RMT that looks well thought out and explains what the poke does [instead of saying "Standard Chomp, uses EQ, or something like that.] and when it has a threat list and stuff, and tells you what they need me to do, I'll likely rate it.

Yeah, official team raters would be great. Right now on the RMT board, the demand far exceeds the supply. Maybe we should hold nominations and give team raters their own class (members, contributors, moderators, team raters?)

I can rate in the afternoons maybe not saturdays. Also I hope I was actually helping you out when I rated your teams agent paranoia.

Really, me too, not so much on the inconsistant part, but probably superior on the lazy part.

Also, I'm pretty much where you are on rating from time to time....
