Most of the ones IStillHaveALife listed are natural disasters and therefore somewhat more likely. All the ones I listed were manmade extinction plans that are exceptionally difficult to pull off, even with vastly superior technology to what we have currently. Sorry if my topic gave people strange dreams...
PS - That Gamma Ray Burst thing reminded me of Eta Carinae. Its an extremely rare supermassive star not too far from Earth (a mere 7500 light years) that is due to explode as a hypernova (much more powerful than a supernova) at any moment and will be so bright that it will be directly visible from Earth and will outshine even the Moon!!! This hypernova will be powerful enough to produce a GRB (supernovas aren't powerful enough to do that), and will be something brilliant to behold. As for radiation, scientists say the axis of radiation will be pointing away from Earth so we shouldn't get too much of a blast in regards to that (if we do there could be devastating consequences). The explosion could happen at any time within the next few thousand years - even tomorrow....

Depends on what your faith is. Some people would view that as a 0/10. In any case, if Jesus came I don't think Earth would be going anywhere....

The funky shaped corkscrew energy saving ones have mercury vapors in them so I doubt they'd make a strong enough vacuum. Then again, the normal light bulbs aren't vacuums either, they have Argon or Nitrogen in them.
