When posting your team, it is highly appreciated that you use a standard format. For the people who are going to rate your team, it becomes easier to navigate through your team as a whole and it will make the entire forum look nicer for anyone browsing it. The format that is desired is as follows:
Pokemon Name @ Hold Item
Nature - EV spread
Ability
- move 1
- move 2
- move 3
- move 4 / alternative to move 4
"Brief explanation as to how this pokemon is supposed to help your team, why you chose it and why you picked the moves you listed. Is there anything we should know beforehand? Explaining your choices makes the reader feel more into the team he or she is rating. "
Try to keep the amount of alternatives to a minimum. If you're unsure about a certain move, say so in your explanation and include an alternative to that move if you think it's necessary or helpful. But please try to make it so that your team mainly consist out of pokemon you've already planned out for the most part.
I'd also like you to post EV spreads in exact numbers. Not "max spatk, enough speed to get x speed, rest in hp", but more like "252 SpAtk, 176 Speed, 80 HP". It makes stuff easier to read, prevents obvious "mistakes" in formatting and it looks more professional.
At the end of the team, which is to say, after you've listed the 6th pokemon and its description, add a brief note on how your team should work, if there are any pokemon you think you could have problems with. Try to inform the reader as well as possible about your team, because of every bit of information makes the entire process of rating an easier one.
As for the raters, please refer to Zero's sticky. It delves deeper into how one should properly rate a team and what to take into account while doing it.
