So, does anybody here heard about this software?
I heard that if you have a phat ps2 that has the expansion bay
you can use the old network adapter to attach to a hard drive
which you could load games off from. Is this true?

Yes, It is possible. I haven't looked at PS2 modding etc for a couple of years, but it is definitely possible.
