Forums · VBA Link LAN - Extremely Laggy?
I'm having a lot of lag when I try to play against my friend via LAN. We both are on wired cable 8mbps modems. We can play, but it's just very laggy, and having a battle would take forever. Is there anything I can tweak to make it go faster?
I've looked at all the guides shown here:

and nothing has changed much.
BTW, the game I am trying to play is Pokemon Emerald, on VBA Link V 1.8.
Is this just normal for LAN, or does anyone out there actually play with little lag?
