Not sure if this should be in the right place, sure it is.

Anyway.  I'm wanting to buy a card for my DS as i'm cheap and can't afford so many games now.  And was wondering where the best place to buy one is. 

I'm mainly looking for cheap, near or in UK and reliable.

thats the flash card i use, i find it very good, they make downloadable updates for it, so it's now compatible with "My PokemonRanch" on wiiware now.

i dunno if they have a craigslist in uk but sometimes some people post it  there

Try www.Dangbox.com, their R4 is on sale right now and they accept paypal :)
