okay i load the game, and it says

"load failed, please turn off power and reinsert cartridge"

how do i fix this?

go to options > emulation setup > change NDS cartridge backup media to different setting and restart your emulator. Do't forget to select "save options" after changing. Also there's a newer version of No$gba (2.6a) that doesn't require to change nds cartridge backup media. It has auto detect super powers.
