I tried running project64 1.6 and dolphin beta on wondows vista premium 32bit i believe with a 1gb ram and a dual core processor and its a laptop.
does not work...
Tried running the above with a 2002 windows xpsp2 64bit i think with 256ram and intel celeron and its a desktop. it works. both of them but slow for dolphin , fast for project64.

i can understand why dolphin wont run on 32 bit operating system but project 64 should work.....
in vista, go to where project 64 is installed and look for the main executable (project64.exe)
right click on it ---> go to the compatibility tab ---> tick the box for "run this program in compatibility mode for: " and make sure that the drop down box says "windows xp (service pack 2)"
then try and run project 64 again....
