i remember there was a program or file of sum type u add to the vba so u can play roms that r in japanese translated to english such as "0378 - Fire Emblem - Fuuin no Tsurugi (J)" i was able to play it in english after d/l sum file but i forgot the name lol.. thx for the help or point me in the right direction to find it.

You've probably applied a translation patch to the ROM. Request it in the requests board, maybe someone could help you. You could also look for the English version of the game (if it does exist)
