I experience that when I pick nocash as the 3D Renderer (which is faster) but when I select opengl as the renderer, that doesn't happen.

Hiya everyone, this is probably my first post this year  :o

anyways, I'm just wondering if no$gba2.6a works as well with you guys as it does with me with these settings (see screenies) I have somewhere inbetween 95-103% speediness  :P I'm able to safe and I think I'm using biosnd9.rom as a bios (I have no clue I generally just do some stuff.. tends to work) I have near to zero lil corruptions.. all I found so far is double feet, and a slight glitch to the side of the screen when walking to the right in a pokecenter.

anyways if you want to see how I got mine to work so well check out these screenies

all we need now is linking  ;D and we're back to what we had with the gba

You're settings look alright. If you're using 2.6a, you can set the save type to Auto, and to fix graphical problems, you can use the opengl renderer as opposed to nocash. (There's a speed hit, but I can run Pokemon at >100% with OpenGL.)

Wow. Pokemon actually looks playable! Last time I played, there were glitches everywhere. I might give the newer version of NO$GBA a download. ^^

The save (normal save in game) seems to register, but when I try to continue the game it just blacks out. 0_0!

... and thats the reason I put nds cartridge backup media on flash 512kbytes  :P fixes the annoying black screen when loading. no need to keep pressing b either  ;D

O and make sure you're not using a old patched rom, those don't save (generally) with 2.6a

Ps. yes I tried auto, doesn't work for me.  ??? anyways, don't really care as it works fine as it is  ;D

I'm not sure what causes Auto to fail for some people and not for other (like me).

It works with Pearl! (I think my Diamond was patched - thus causing the save to not work). Anyway, I'm using Flash512kbytes on Pearl and everything seems to work fine.

Good to hear :) I wonder how many people with these problems are using patched ROM's..

No$gba works perfect for me but will it work slower if I run it on 640 x 480?

Other than changing your resolution, you can try this:

I'm not sure how relevant it is though, with 2.6.
