i saved game in chapter 5 but when i loaded it the game back to chapter 3 ...

it work when i played Kingdom Heart : Chain of memories (VBA1.8.0.603) ;D

You need to start a new game from scratch saved under the proper save .
Options --> Emulator --> Save Type --> EEPROM --> Start a new game.
