Well, although the Megaman Battle Network series has ended, a new series of Megaman RPGs called Megaman Star Force (there will be 3 versions) have been released for the DS in Japan (and I think soon in America, as they have already been reviewed by IGN, Gamespot and Nintendo Power) They will be based around 200 years after the Battle Network games.

almost all of the yugioh games are in that style of gameplay (no offence but its a card game...) the only one i can think of thats remotely RPG like is this one
